How we engineered the new generation of Poplock deburring tools
The engineering concept for the Poplock deburring tool set came from feedback from one of our OEM customers, who wanted a better deburring tool design than the existing traditional designs. We tested leading traditional deburring tools for metal and found they were ineffective, especially when used on heat treated, high torque automotive fasteners.
